Bike to School Day, held on Thursday, May 8th as a part of Bike Week, encourages students to ride their bicycles to school. This program aims to motivate students to bike to school by providing a free breakfast, peer support, and prizes. By encouraging students to safely ride to and from school, San Benito RideShare strives to reduce childhood obesity, traffic at school sites, and greenhouse gas emissions.
