On October 2, 2013, students, parents and volunteers will walk to school to celebrate International Walk to School Day. Walk to School Day is an annual event celebrated in more than 40 countries worldwide which encourages physical fitness and healthy habits, heightens awareness of traffic, safety and environmental concerns around schools, and is a fun way to spend time with your child, grandchild, or other special young person in your life!
